About this tool

What Is the YouTube Email Finder?

Paste a YouTube channel and the YouTube Email Finder looks for the contact emails its creator has published: in the channel description and on the sites the channel links to, like a website, Instagram or a link-in-bio page. Every email comes with where it was found and whether it's on a company domain or a personal inbox. It never guesses addresses, and it doesn't touch the email YouTube keeps behind its sign-in and CAPTCHA.

Key Features

Emails from the channel description and the pages it links to
Where each email was found, so you can check it yourself
Company-domain addresses told apart from personal inboxes like Gmail
A list of every place checked, including the ones that came up empty
Works with @handles, channel links and channel IDs

Where Creators Publish Their Email

Creators who want sponsorships usually put a business email somewhere public: the channel description, a website contact page or a link-in-bio page. This tool reads those places for you, and when an email turns up in more than one, the result says so, a good sign it’s current.

The Email Behind the Button

YouTube also lets creators add an email that only appears after you click "View email address", sign in and solve a CAPTCHA. That check exists to keep automated tools out, so this one doesn’t try. If nothing turns up here, open the channel’s About section while signed in and look there.

Company Domain or Personal Inbox

An address on the creator's own domain, or their agency's, usually reaches a manager or a team that handles deals. A Gmail or Outlook address is usually the creator's own inbox. Write to the first like a business and to the second like a person.

Common Use Cases

  • Reaching creators for sponsorships and brand deals
  • Building an outreach list for an influencer campaign
  • Finding a creator's manager or agency
  • Checking a channel's contact details before a collaboration

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the YouTube Email Finder free?

Yes. It's free with a ProxyHorizon account, and every account gets 25 runs a day shared across all our data tools. You can read about the tool without signing in, but running it needs an account because each run fetches live data.

Why didn't it find an email?

The creator hasn’t published one where we look, or keeps it only behind YouTube’s "View email address" button. That one needs a signed-in person to solve a CAPTCHA, so open the channel’s About section while signed in to see it.

Does it guess email addresses?

No. Every email in the results was written somewhere public by the creator, and the result shows where. Nothing is made up from name patterns.

Can I check several channels at once?

One channel per run, so you can check each address before you write to it.

Do you store my results?

No. We log which tool you ran, what you entered and when, so we can apply the daily limit. Results aren't saved, so export them as CSV or JSON if you want to keep them.
