About Floppydata
Floppydata is a pay-as-you-go proxy provider run by FLOPPYDATA FZCO from the Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone in the UAE. It has sold publicly since around 2024 and says more than 12,000 users rely on it. Its terms also name Scalehat LLC, the company in the GoLogin antidetect browser's website footer, as a possible billing entity, so the two brands appear linked. The differentiator is simple: one prepaid GB balance that works across residential, mobile and datacenter proxies.
The lineup covers five proxy products. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all draw from the same balance. Floppydata says its mobile IPs come from real 3G, 4G, LTE and 5G devices, though they rotate only. Two static products add fixed IPs with unlimited bandwidth: ISP proxies in 8 countries and dedicated datacenter IPs in 5. A Web Scraper API and a free cloud browser, which bills only the proxy traffic it uses, round out the catalog.
Flexibility is the standout. Most providers sell residential, mobile and datacenter traffic as separate plans, so gigabytes left on one plan go to waste when a project needs another type. With Floppydata you switch proxy types whenever you like and keep spending the same balance. The gateway exposes HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 ports, carries UDP over SOCKS5 on residential and mobile IPs, and supports per-request, sticky or timed rotation from 1 to 60 minutes.
Rotating traffic costs $1.00/GB if you use it within 30 days, or $1.50/GB for gigabytes that never expire. Static ISP IPs start at $49 for 20 a month (down to $1.79/IP at 100), and static datacenter IPs start at $19 for 20 (down to $0.79/IP). There is no fixed free trial, so a $19 order is the cheapest test. Refunds need a request within 3 days with under 1 GB used.
The tooling is better than the price suggests. A documented REST API with an OpenAPI spec handles connections, locations, sub-users, usage and proxy checks, and an MCP server opens it to AI agents. There is a Chrome extension and 68 integration guides, from Dolphin Anty, AdsPower and GoLogin to Scrapy and Playwright. Support runs through live chat, email and Telegram and is advertised as 24/7, though some customers report replies mainly in European business hours.
Floppydata suits budget scrapers, multi-account operators and antidetect browser users who want one cheap balance across proxy types, plus anyone who needs inexpensive static IPs. It is a weaker fit if you need ZIP code or named carrier targeting, static mobile IPs or a verified enterprise-scale pool, since the current claim is 1M+ residential IPs. Public reviews are mixed, praising price and support but citing refund refusals and short outages, so start with the smallest order.
